• Representative - Additional Company Rep – $450.00
  Fee includes a badge to access the vendor floor and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. All individuals must have a badge to enter the conference.
• Representative - Additional Company Rep (Day Pass) – $225.00
  Pass is good for either Monday, March 22 or Tuesday, March 23. Includes a badge to enter the vendor floor and lunch on designated day chosen.
• Sponsor - Gold Level – $12,500.00
• Sponsor - Platinum Level – $17,500.00
  (This level is on a first come, first to register basis and is limited to a maximum of 3 companies.)
• Sponsor - Silver Level – $7,500.00
